Pursuant to Art. 13 points 1 and 2 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, referred to as the GDPR, we would like to inform you that:

  3. Your personal data is processed on the basis of the GDPR, in particular:
    1. 6(1a) of the GDPR – the data subject has voluntarily consented to the processing of his/her personal data for one or more specific purposes;
    2. 6(1b) of the GDPR – processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party, or to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract;
    3. 6(1b) of the GDPR – processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the administrator or by a third party.
  4. If you have given relevant consents regarding marketing and sales activities conducted via specific communication channels, we will process your personal data for the purpose of direct marketing of our products and services. Upon realising the above purpose, the basis for the processing of your personal data will be Art. 6(1f) of the GDPR, i.e. a legitimate interest in conducting marketing and sales activities in connection with your consents to receive marketing content via specific communication channels. If you have given your consent for the use of personal data for the implementation of marketing activities by Lena Lighting S.A., your data will be processed on the basis of Art. 6(1a) of the GDPR.
  5. Providing your data is voluntary, but necessary to achieve the purposes to which they were collected. Failure to provide these data may result in the inability to achieve these purposes.
  6. Maintaining contact with you by means of various communication channels – i.e. traditional mail, email, contact telephone – constitutes an integral part of achieving the above-mentioned purposes.
  7. Your data may be accessed by other entities cooperating with Lena Lighting S.A. These will be, among others, entities involved in the sale and promotion of services and products of Lena Lighting S.A.
  8. Your personal data may be made available to appropriate recipients, in particular to institutions authorised to control the activities of the administrator or authorised entities to obtain personal data on the basis of separate legal provisions.
  9. The recipients of your personal data will also include service providers supplying the administrator with technical solutions and organisation management, entities providing legal and advisory services and entities providing the administrator with assistance in pursuing due claims.
  10. You have the right to:
    1. rectify your incorrect data;
    2. request to delete your data (the right to be forgotten) in the event of circumstances provided for in Art. 17 of the GDPR;
    3. request to limit data processing in cases indicated in Art. 18 of the GDPR;
    4. object to data processing in cases indicated in Art. 21 of the GDPR;
    5. transfer the provided data, processed in an automated manner.
  11. Your personal data are not subject to profiling and will not be transferred to countries outside the European Economic Area.
  12. Your data will be processed on the basis of your consent for the period of 5 years or until an objection is raised to this purpose of processing, until the consent is withdrawn or a request for data deletion is submitted.
  13. If you believe that the provided personal data are processed unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the supervisory body (Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw).
