Lena Lighting S.A. is one of the leading manufacturers of high quality lighting systems and luminaires integrated with the light source through a LED panel. Since 2005, the company has been listed on the main market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange.

We are a lighting manufacturer with many years of presence on the market, which is why we know everything about luminaires and lighting systems: we examine their possibilities and design, test and manufacture them. We strive for continuous development, which is why we are one of the best manufacturers of luminaires in the country. The scope of activity of Lena Electric Sp. z o.o. consisted of sale in Poland, whereas Lena Sp. z o.o. imported goods and components for production and exported products manufactured by Lena Lighting Sp. z o.o.

- The first LED light
  
  Introduction of the world’s first portable lamp with LED light source: SPARK LED.
- Dynamic growth of assortment
  
  The number of assortment items produced and offered to our customers rose almost 9 times. The number of products rose from 67 items at the end of 2000 to 583 in 2004, whereas the number of product lines rose from 11 to 36 during that time. Lena Lighting brand became known in 32 European countries.
- Debut on the Warsaw Stock Exchange
  
  The company’s debut on the Stock Exchange. The demand for our shares was three times bigger than supply, which reflected the trust put in us by shareholders, including renowned financial institutions. We invested the earned funds in modern production lines, which we use for production of energy saving, ecological lighting fittings.
- New production and warehouse hall
  
  Construction of new production and warehouse hall (Hall A) with a total area of 11,158 m2 aimed at streamlining the production processes, mainly in plastic processing (injection, extrusion) and in delivery logistics. Parallel investment in the development of a photometric research laboratory, including the purchase of a photogoniometer and a device for measuring light distribution.

  The development of LED technology causes global changes in the way of lighting space. The company begins the production of LED luminaires used on a large scale.

- New production hall
  
  A production hall (Hall B) with an area of 2,991 m2 was built to streamline production processes, mainly by integrating the processes of steel processing and powder coating.
- New production hall B1
  
  Another production hall (Hall B1) with an area of 2000 m 2 is constructed, where the SMT line is being built and where LED modules are produced under sterile conditions. The construction of the hall allows for the integration of all production processes – plastic processing, steel processing, LED module production, assembly process, quality control and delivery logistics – in one place.
- 30th anniversary of the company's establishment
  
  We celebrate the 30th anniversary of the company's establishment. We are honored by the Rzeczpospolita daily with a prestigious award on the occasion of XXX years of Polish entrepreneurship.
- Infrastructure development
  
  The period of other investments in infrastructure. A modern office complex with an area of 318 m 2 is being built in the immediate vicinity of the production halls, integrating the Development, Construction and Electronic Departments. The increasing customer awareness of LED technology triggers further investments in research. The laboratory is equipped with a furnace for high-temperature tests.
- Expansion of the product range with UV-C equipment
  
  Expansion of our product range to include air and surface disinfection products based on UV-C technology. We achieve a record high annual profit as a company.
- Warehouse and production hall C
  
  A warehouse and production hall with a total area of 1,200 m2, was created by extending the existing hall. It consists of two zones: the assembly plant zone where lighting fixtures are installed and the storage zone for the storage of components needed for production. Put into operation in July 2021.
- Rebranding
  
  New logotype and external identification. Changes that we introduced on 10/25/2021. reflect our current strategy. We put a strong emphasis on design and ecology in it.
- New SMT line
  
  The new line is based on the Samsung platform. New devices increase our flexibility. The line can lay up to 80,000 components per hour. An additional advantage is the possibility of applying non-standard glued or soldered components. The line is equipped with a glue dispenser and SPI which controls 100% of the paste printing and glue application process. The first serial production started on December 14, 2021.
- Expansion of the laboratory
  
  The laboratory space was expanded by 70 m2. The center has been divided into several sectors in which tests are carried out to check impact resistance, tightness of fixtures to moisture and dust, as well as the so-called glow-wire test, i.e. checking at what temperatures individual fixtures can operate.
- Red Dot Design Award
  
  Our products have received two Red Dot awards. The “Design Oscars” have been awarded to our luminaires: Sizzano and UV-C Sterilon Flow Premium. The Red Dot Design Award is the most important award in the world of design – it is a symbol of belonging to the group of design leaders.
- We won twoRed Dot Design Awards
  
  We are constantly developing our own Design Department, and we invite outstanding designers to cooperate with us. We won two awards in the Red Dot Design Award 2022 competition - the Sizzano and UV-C Sterilon Flow lamps designed by Jakub Zarzyński were honored.
- New office
  
  We have gained a new office space designed with the comfort of our employees in mind. The building with an area of 400 m2 has been equipped with, among others, lighting based on Human Centric Lighting technology, which adjusts the intensity and color of the light beam to the daily rhythm of users.
- Cooperation with Dorota Koziara
  
  We have established cooperation with Dorota Koziara. The world-famous designer will create for us a collection of lamps that will be made in LED technology using the latest generation modules. Cooperation with the designer is part of our strategy, in which we focus on combining innovative, pro-ecological technological solutions with top-shelf design. Dorota Koziara will design for us a collection of lamps for various purposes, which will form a coherent design line.
- We became the patron of the Poznań SARP
  
  We have established long-term cooperation with the Poznań branch of the Association of Polish Architects. As the official patron, we will support the activities of the Association by organizing events for architects and activities for students of the Faculty of Architecture and Design at the University of Arts and the Faculty of Architecture of the Poznań University of Technology.
- Red Dot for Colline x Terrano
  
  In this year's edition of the Red Dot Design Awards, Lena Lighting received distinction again. This time for a product she created in cooperation with the Acustio brand. Collinex Terrano is a line of lighting and acoustic panels that combine elegant, sophisticated design, energy-saving lighting and top-class soundproofing components. The design of the Colline x Terrano line was inspired by nature and contemporary art.
- CTF Stage 1 certification
  
  The Lena Lighting laboratory is accredited in the CTF system. The process is carried out under the supervision of the PREDOM Institute of Microelectronics and Photonics. The research center of a lighting manufacturer from Greater Poland has just completed the first stage of the process, obtaining the CTF Stage 1 certificate. CTF accreditation (Customers' Testing Facility) authorizes the research unit to carry out the ENEC certification process based on tests performed in its own laboratory. To obtain accreditation, you must meet a number of strict requirements. Both processes and all equipment elements are subject to audits.

  We have just passed the next stage of the Customers' Testing Facility accreditation process! Now we have the opportunity to test our own products under the supervision of experienced specialists from the renowned PREDOM Institute of Microelectronics and Photonics. This is another challenge for us, which opens the door to close cooperation with a professional certification team, while accelerating the process of obtaining ENEC certification.
