Our mission is to produce safe lighting products of high aesthetic value and moderate price, meeting the requirements and expectations of domestic and foreign customers.

The key goals of our activities include:

designing new and modifying currently manufactured products with regard to improving the energy effect - in response to market signals regarding the quality of our products, in order to achieve customer satisfaction;
expanding sales markets by improving the offer in order to meet various requirements;
purchasing energy-efficient materials, components, goods and services only from verified suppliers who comply with domestic and global quality standards and take into account the principles of sustainable development in their activities;
development of the outsourcing concept, assuming precise control and cooperation with service providers with specific qualifications in order to meet customer expectations;
optimizing production processes to ensure high quality, safety, environmental protection and improved energy efficiency - by tracking progress in new technologies and implementing those that are characterized by the highest available quality, optimal production costs, low environmental impact, low energy consumption and improved safety;
employing employees with specific qualifications;
protecting the environment, preventing pollution and fulfilling specific obligations that are important for the functioning and development of our company;
expanding the control and measurement facilities to ensure the best possible control of products and goods;
improving working conditions and safety;
building a culture of safety among employees and subcontractors,
improving the energy result.
