Lena Lighting’s initiatives once again recognised as examples of good practice in corporate social responsibility
Once again, we have been featured in the report ‘Responsible Business in Poland: Best Practices’, compiled by the Responsible Business Forum. In this edition, which summarises the best ESG practices implemented by companies in 2025, three of Lena Lighting’s initiatives were highlighted: the development of our Research Centre, the implementation of international management systems, and the DeLight project, which supports local communities through art and culture.
One of the recognised practices was our Research Centre’s achievement of Customers’ Testing Facility (CTF) Stage 3 accreditation and compliance with the ISO 17025:2017 standard. This enables us to conduct tests on our own products and prepare reports for use in international certification processes, such as ENEC.
The Responsible Business Forum also recognised the DeLight project, through which we provided the Municipal Gallery in Środa Wielkopolska with professional lighting and were involved in organising Art Week Poznań 2025, promoting access to culture and the integration of local communities.
The third award recognises the implementation and maintenance of integrated management systems compliant with the ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 50001:2018 standards, which support the development of a culture of occupational safety and effective energy management within our organisation.
The inclusion of our activities in the report ‘Responsible Business in Poland: Good Practices’ for another year running confirms that we are consistently implementing a strategy based on innovation, responsible management and social engagement.
