Industry Slim Led - A completely new industrial luminaire, has a high luminous flux and a very high luminous efficiency of> 160 lm / W, which makes this luminaire highly energy-saving and ecological. It is distinguished by a very high IP66 tightness. It owes this tightness to its well-thought-out design. The polycarbonate diffuser is permanently attached to the housing with a durable silicone gasket. This means that in addition to the tightness obtained in this way, the light module is protected against uncontrolled interference and access to the LEDs. The tightness of the lamp is ensured by a gland, which tightens the gasket and prevents the ingress of dust, moisture, and water. Industry Slim Led allows for suspended or surface mounting.

Unified Glare Rating is an indicator characterizing glare. The lower the Unified Lighting Rating Index (UGR), the lower the glare.

Application

The luminaire is designed to illuminate industrial and warehouse facilities, due to its minimal dimensions, also in hard-to-reach places. The Industry Slim Led luminaire is available in various versions: with different optics, wide, narrow, and dedicated to high-bay light distribution, and five types of diffuser, including an anti-glare diffuser.

SW - a standard wide lens (80D conventional angle)

MW - medium wide lens (90D conventional angle)

It provides high luminous efficacy and helps to meet the stringent requirements of EN 12464-1 for glare index, illuminance and high uniformity on aisle and shelf surfaces. VW - very wide lens (105D conventional angle)

VW - very wide lens (105D conventional angle) with wide application in open spaces and low warehouses. It provides high luminous efficacy and helps meet the most stringent requirements of EN 12464-1 in terms of glare index (UGR<22, UGR<25), illuminance and high uniformity when the system is installed in low spaces. Particularly recommended for rooms where luminaires are mounted at a height of 2.5-5m.

Industry Slim LED - tight, aluminum luminaire with compact dimensions.
Brand new industrial luminaire.

Industry Slim LED is a completely new proposition for the industry on the Polish market. Extremely short (590 mm), the luminaire is characterized by a high value of luminous flux and very high luminous efficacy over 160 lm / W, which makes this fitting very energy-saving and environmentally friendly.

It is distinguished by a very high tightness IP66. Thanks to a well-thought-out design. The polycarbonate cover is permanently attached to the housing with a durable silicone gasket. This means that the light module is protected against uncontrolled interference and access to the LEDs. It makes it impossible to damage or reduce the efficiency of the light source.

The tightness of the fitting is increased by the use of an air-permeable gland with a membrane preventing condensation of water vapor (which takes place in the case of frequent changes in the ambient temperature). Screwing it tightens the gasket, which prevents the ingress of dust, moisture, and water. On the other hand, after unscrewing it unseals the housing and allows you to remove the plug. After taking it out, the installer gains easy access to the board with the electric cube and the controller. After connecting the power supply, just screw on the gland, and the fitting close tightly again thanks to a self-sealing plug.

The impact-resistant ( IK09 ) housing of Industry Slim LED is made of aluminum, which dissipates heat well. The weight of the luminaire is small, thanks to which it does not burden the ceiling structure and facilitates and speeds up the assembly process.

Installation of the luminaire is quick and easy not only because of its weight. Thanks to the possibility of arranging the mounting brackets along the entire length of the luminaire - the suspension points or anchors in the ceiling can be adapted to the already existing mounting holes (in the case of replacement of lighting). This significantly speeds up the assembly and lowers its costs. Thanks to the possibility of efficiently connecting the luminaires in a line, the investor also saves on the amount of used cabling. Industry Slim LED is a suspended or surface-mounted version.

Logistics costs for luminaires that are larger on a pallet or take up less volume during transport are reduced. Here, once again, their low weight is significant. Smaller sizes also mean less packaging and less material consumption. It's for economics and ecology.

Your personal data is processed on the basis of the GDPR, in particular:
1. Article 6(1a) of the GDPR – the data subject has voluntarily consented to the processing of his/her personal data for one or more specific purposes;
2. Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party, or to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract;
3. Article 6(1)(c) GDPR – processing is necessary for the fulfillment of the legal obligation incumbent on the administrator;
4. d. Article 6(1)(f) GDPR – processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the administrator or by a third party.
The purposes of processing your personal data are, among others:

3. acceptance of a warranty extension application;

In pursuing the above purpose, the basis for the processing of your personal data will be Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, i.e. a legitimate interest in conducting marketing and sales activities in connection with your consent to receive marketing content through specific communication channels. 3. request to limit data processing in cases indicated in Art. 18 of the GDPR;

Personal data belonging to you will not be profiled and will not be transferred to countries outside the European Economic Area.
Your data processed in connection with the implementation of direct marketing of products and services offered by Lena Lighting S.A. will be stored for 5 years or until an objection is raised against this purpose of processing or until the consent is withdrawn, if the data is processed on the basis of such consent. In the event of the conclusion of the contract, the data will be kept for the entire duration of the contract and the time necessary for its settlement. The provisions of generally applicable law may extend these periods.
