Surface-mounted emergency fitting with a power of 1W, available in maintained and non-maintained versions. The body is made of polycarbonate; PMMA mounting board. NiCd battery with manual testing function included, the battery life in the event of an emergency is 3h. NiCd battery life in the event of an emergency is 3h. A bracket for wall mounting is available on request.

Application

The main task of the independent emergency light fitting is to indicate the direction of evacuation routes and emergency exits after a power outage, i.e. in Safe Mode. Suitable for wall or ceiling mounting. Especially recommended for technical rooms (corridors, stairways, garages, basements) where permanent emergency lighting is required.

Your personal data is processed on the basis of the GDPR, in particular:
1. Article 6(1a) of the GDPR – the data subject has voluntarily consented to the processing of his/her personal data for one or more specific purposes;
2. Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party, or to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract;
3. Article 6(1)(c) GDPR – processing is necessary for the fulfillment of the legal obligation incumbent on the administrator;

You have the right to:

2. request to delete your data (the right to be forgotten) in the event of circumstances provided for in Art. 17 of the GDPR;
3. request to limit data processing in cases indicated in Art. 18 of the GDPR;
4. object to data processing in cases indicated in Art. 21 of the GDPR;
5. transfer the provided data, processed in an automated manner.
Personal data belonging to you will not be profiled and will not be transferred to countries outside the European Economic Area.
Your data processed in connection with the implementation of direct marketing of products and services offered by Lena Lighting S.A. will be stored for 5 years or until an objection is raised against this purpose of processing or until the consent is withdrawn, if the data is processed on the basis of such consent. In the event of the conclusion of the contract, the data will be kept for the entire duration of the contract and the time necessary for its settlement. The provisions of generally applicable law may extend these periods.
If you believe that the provided personal data are processed unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the supervisory body (Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw).
