Characteristics

A family of outdoor lamps with a modern design. The decorative, openwork housing gives the luminaire a lightweight appearance while providing an interesting distribution of accent light. The compact Altezzo 120 A lamp (120mm x 120mm), square cross-section profile of the Altezzo lamps is IK08 impact resistant. Altezzo A 120 lamp is made of aluminium in graphite (RAL 7016). The light module consists of long-life LEDs with a durable polycarbonate aperture. The lamp will provide energy-efficient lighting and safety for users of outdoor areas.

Application

They are designed for outdoor use. The high tightness of the lamps allows them to be used in harsh weather conditions. They can operate in very low and high temperatures. They will work well in parks and gardens to illuminate small architecture.

Your personal data is processed on the basis of the GDPR, in particular:
1. Article 6(1a) of the GDPR – the data subject has voluntarily consented to the processing of his/her personal data for one or more specific purposes;
2. Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party, or to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract;
3. Article 6(1)(c) GDPR – processing is necessary for the fulfillment of the legal obligation incumbent on the administrator;
4. d. Article 6(1)(f) GDPR – processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the administrator or by a third party.

Maintaining contact with you via various communication channels, such as e-mail, telephone or through traditional contact is an integral part of achieving the above-mentioned goals.
If you have given relevant consents regarding marketing and sales activities through specific communication channels, we will process your personal data for the purpose of direct marketing of our products and services. In pursuing the above purpose, the basis for the processing of your personal data will be Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, i.e. a legitimate interest in conducting marketing and sales activities in connection with your consent to receive marketing content through specific communication channels. You have the right to:

2. request to delete your data (the right to be forgotten) in the event of circumstances provided for in Art. 17 of the GDPR;
3. request to limit data processing in cases indicated in Art. 18 of the GDPR;

Personal data belonging to you will not be profiled and will not be transferred to countries outside the European Economic Area.
Your data processed in connection with the implementation of direct marketing of products and services offered by Lena Lighting S.A. will be stored for 5 years or until an objection is raised against this purpose of processing or until the consent is withdrawn, if the data is processed on the basis of such consent. In the event of the conclusion of the contract, the data will be kept for the entire duration of the contract and the time necessary for its settlement. The provisions of generally applicable law may extend these periods.
If you believe that the provided personal data are processed unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the supervisory body (Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw).
