Together we save the forests
The high luminous efficiency of Tytan LEDs of up to 178 lm/W is an important environmental factor.
The luminaire is highly energy-efficient. Compared to a traditional incandescent bulb, it is 11 times more efficient. As a result, the user can save up to 86% of energy, thus reducing the costs associated with electricity bills. The energy efficiency also results in reduced CO2 emissions when the luminaire is in operation. It is 91.5% less than that of an incandescent bulb.
Economical packaging
Together, we can take care of our planet. Thanks to a new way of packaging the bindings, we are using less paper and saving the forest from being cut down. The difference is extremely significant. If you buy one pallet of Tytan LED luminaires in bulk packaging, you will use 20 kg less paper than if you buy the same amount of individually packaged lamps. This represents a reduction in the amount of paper used of up to 74%.
Each pallet of Tytan LED luminaires in the packaging equals 1/3 of a saved tree. With the production of 1,000 pallets of Titan LED, we protect our environment from the felling of 333 trees, which in the case of a mature stand means not cutting down around 8,000m2 of forest. Less paper used means reduced CO2 emissions associated with its production.

Less waste
By offering Tytan LED luminaires in bulk packaging, we not only provide a full-value, market-appreciated product, but also a number of benefits. In addition to the purely ecological aspects, in which we are all beneficiaries, the purchaser of the lamps also benefits. Less paper means less hassle and costs associated with the disposal of already unnecessary packaging. It also means lower costs for purchasing the luminaires, minus the value of the packaging.
100% recycled
Not only can Tytan luminaires be recycled at the end of their life cycle, but they are also manufactured from recycled materials. The base and shade of these products are made from 80 - 100% recycled material, and after many years of use and disassembly, these materials can once again be recycled.
Production in Poland
Our production facilities are located in Poland, which significantly speeds up the eventual servicing or replacement process, as well as the waiting time for spare parts, which are readily available. The modular design of the Tytan LED luminaire allows only the part of the lamp that is damaged to be replaced, without having to replace it in its entirety, which again translates into not having to manufacture new luminaires. The fact that the production facilities are located in Poland, in the centre of Europe, is also not without a beneficial effect on our ecosystem. The shorter distances that a luminaire has to travel from the manufacturer to the purchaser means less emission of greenhouse gases produced by means of transport. It also means lower costs for the transport itself.
Electricity from the sun
The production of Tytan LED complies with the correct environmental label, not only because of the use of recycled materials, but also because of the process itself. The energy required to produce the Tytan LED luminaires comes overwhelmingly from renewable energy sources. It is drawn from a photovoltaic farm that has been set up on the premises of the Lena Lighting production facility in Środa Wielkopolska.
The lifetime of the Tytan LED reaches up to 196,000 h, which means that the luminaire will last for many years without the need for service or replacement. This means less burden on the environment with the production of further luminaires. We are convinced of the high quality and durability of our product, which is why we give you as much as an 8-year guarantee on it.
