The complaint

Complaints are submitted by sending to the following address: complaints@lenalighting.pl the completed "Complaint application", available below together with the proof of purchase at Lena Lighting S.A. In the absence of the proof of purchase or incomplete completion of the application, the complaint will not be accepted for consideration.

The goods under complaint, together with the completed "Complaint application" and proof of purchase, can also be sent directly to the following address: Lena Lighting S.A. - Complaints Department, ul. Kórnicka 52, 63-000 Środa Wielkopolska
