Ermont’s headquarters in Suchy Las is a modern 2,600 m² facility combining office, production and warehouse spaces. Lena Lighting was responsible for the comprehensive lighting design across all areas of the building.
Ermont specializes in the production of roof skylights, continuous rooflights, walkways and structures made of polycarbonate, glass and aluminium. For the new headquarters, the key challenge was to adapt the lighting to the diverse functions of the facility while ensuring comfortable and safe working conditions.
The lighting design was developed based on a detailed analysis of the investor’s needs. The Lena Lighting team prepared solutions for the office areas, production hall and warehouse, taking into account the specific requirements of each space and workstation.
In the office areas, the lighting solutions were designed to provide visual comfort and suitable conditions for everyday work. In the production hall and warehouse, particular attention was paid to appropriate illuminance levels and lighting uniformity, supporting both safety and the efficient performance of daily tasks.
Energy efficiency was also an important aspect of the project. The LED solutions combine high-quality lighting with reduced operating costs.
As Wojciech Piotrowski, Maintenance and Infrastructure Manager at Ermont, points out, the cooperation with Lena Lighting was distinguished by an individual approach and a high level of commitment throughout the design process:
„This was my first experience of such a detailed approach, you could say one that went so far towards meeting the investor’s needs. I think this cooperation will remain in both parties’ memories for a long time.”
The Ermont project demonstrates how the diverse requirements of a single investment can be brought together into a coherent lighting system. Working closely with the investor, we were able to create solutions tailored to the character of each space – from offices and the production hall to the warehouse.
