Specification

Compact LED luminaire designed for installation in modular ceilings or surface mounting. Equipped with energy-saving LED modules and an evenly highlighted opal or prismatic diffuser, providing low glare (UGR<19)*. Made of powder-coated steel sheet and plastic. Assembly or electrical connection does not require removing the diffuser.

*The UGR coefficient is met for the typical use of the luminaire.

Application

This luminaire is designed for indoor use in offices or general utility rooms. It can be used as the main light source and it is particularly well-suited to be used as a light source for workplaces that require eyesight focus. The luminaire is used both in new applications, as well as it can replace traditional fluorescent luminaires with energy-saving LED solutions. The fitting’s design is suitable for mounting in 600x600 modular ceilings.

Your personal data is processed on the basis of the GDPR, in particular:
1. Article 6(1a) of the GDPR – the data subject has voluntarily consented to the processing of his/her personal data for one or more specific purposes;
2. Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party, or to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract;
3. Article 6(1)(c) GDPR – processing is necessary for the fulfillment of the legal obligation incumbent on the administrator;

Maintaining contact with you via various communication channels, such as e-mail, telephone or through traditional contact is an integral part of achieving the above-mentioned goals.
If you have given relevant consents regarding marketing and sales activities through specific communication channels, we will process your personal data for the purpose of direct marketing of our products and services. In pursuing the above purpose, the basis for the processing of your personal data will be Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, i.e. a legitimate interest in conducting marketing and sales activities in connection with your consent to receive marketing content through specific communication channels. 2. request to delete your data (the right to be forgotten) in the event of circumstances provided for in Art. 17 of the GDPR;
3. request to limit data processing in cases indicated in Art. 18 of the GDPR;
4. object to data processing in cases indicated in Art. 21 of the GDPR;

Personal data belonging to you will not be profiled and will not be transferred to countries outside the European Economic Area.
Your data processed in connection with the implementation of direct marketing of products and services offered by Lena Lighting S.A. will be stored for 5 years or until an objection is raised against this purpose of processing or until the consent is withdrawn, if the data is processed on the basis of such consent. In the event of the conclusion of the contract, the data will be kept for the entire duration of the contract and the time necessary for its settlement. The provisions of generally applicable law may extend these periods.
