Specification

Surface-mounted autonomous emergency luminaire with integrated, energy-saving LED light module. Body made of polycarbonate (PC). Optical system available in 3 variants: basic, corridor, open space. Luminaire is fitted with batteries with 1h, 2h or 3h emergency operation time. The luminaire is using Ni-Mh or Ni-Cd battery with a voltage of 3.6V and 24 hours of full charge with a manual or automatic test function (AT).

Application

An autonomous emergency luminaire is mainly used for illumination of escape routes and fire protection devices after a power failure, i.e. in emergency mode. Especially recommended everywhere, where it is necessary to install emergency lighting within the scope of modernization of the existing system. Successfully replaces luminaires with embedded emergency modules. Due to additional sealing, the luminaire achieves IP65 tightness and may be used in places with increased humidity or outdoors under the roofing.

Your personal data is processed on the basis of the GDPR, in particular:
1. Article 6(1a) of the GDPR – the data subject has voluntarily consented to the processing of his/her personal data for one or more specific purposes;
2. Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party, or to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract;
3. Article 6(1)(c) GDPR – processing is necessary for the fulfillment of the legal obligation incumbent on the administrator;
4. d. Article 6(1)(f) GDPR – processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the administrator or by a third party.
The purposes of processing your personal data are, among others:
1. answering the questions asked via the contact form;
2. acceptance of a complaint;
3. acceptance of a warranty extension application;
4. introducing current job offers;
5. participation in programs, competitions and other events organized by Lena Lighting S.A.;
6. providing information about products and services offered by Lena Lighting S.A .;
7. conducting sales, promotional and marketing activities.
Providing your data is voluntary, but necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected. Failure to provide this data may result in the inability to achieve these purposes.
Maintaining contact with you via various communication channels, such as e-mail, telephone or through traditional contact is an integral part of achieving the above-mentioned goals.
If you have given relevant consents regarding marketing and sales activities through specific communication channels, we will process your personal data for the purpose of direct marketing of our products and services. In pursuing the above purpose, the basis for the processing of your personal data will be Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, i.e. a legitimate interest in conducting marketing and sales activities in connection with your consent to receive marketing content through specific communication channels. If you consent to the use of your personal data for the implementation of marketing activities by Lena Lighting S.A., your data will be processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.

The recipients of your personal data will also include service providers supplying the administrator with technical solutions and organisation management, entities providing legal and advisory services and entities providing the administrator with assistance in pursuing due claims.
You have the right to:
1. rectify your incorrect data;
2. request to delete your data (the right to be forgotten) in the event of circumstances provided for in Art. 17 of the GDPR;
3. request to limit data processing in cases indicated in Art. 18 of the GDPR;
4. object to data processing in cases indicated in Art. 21 of the GDPR;
5. transfer the provided data, processed in an automated manner.
Personal data belonging to you will not be profiled and will not be transferred to countries outside the European Economic Area.
Your data processed in connection with the implementation of direct marketing of products and services offered by Lena Lighting S.A. will be stored for 5 years or until an objection is raised against this purpose of processing or until the consent is withdrawn, if the data is processed on the basis of such consent. In the event of the conclusion of the contract, the data will be kept for the entire duration of the contract and the time necessary for its settlement. The provisions of generally applicable law may extend these periods.
