Specification

Set of compact floodlights providing uniform and stable directional lighting. Lamp body made of co-polymer with rubber for high durability. Lamps equipped with an anti-glare frosted PC diffuser with UV stabilizer, transmitting, despite the matt surface, up to 80% of the light emitted by the diodes, providing a soft and diffused light. Set behind a 2 meter stand allowing easy placement of the light and selection of the right angle for the work surface.

Application

Thanks to various functions the lamp is an ideal solution for lighting all workplaces. High luminous flux and maximum degree of impact resistance are particularly important in illumination of construction sites or in the work of services intervening at various emergencies. High degree of waterproofness allows for its use in the most difficult weather conditions. Multi-position arm and numerous accessories provide a wide range of mounting options so as to precisely direct the light beam leaving the hands of the worker free. Small size and low weight make it easy to use in workshops, car showrooms, to illuminate the workplace in industrial halls or finishing works.

Your personal data is processed on the basis of the GDPR, in particular:
1. Article 6(1a) of the GDPR – the data subject has voluntarily consented to the processing of his/her personal data for one or more specific purposes;
2. Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party, or to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract;
3. Article 6(1)(c) GDPR – processing is necessary for the fulfillment of the legal obligation incumbent on the administrator;
4. d. Article 6(1)(f) GDPR – processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the administrator or by a third party.

Maintaining contact with you via various communication channels, such as e-mail, telephone or through traditional contact is an integral part of achieving the above-mentioned goals.
If you have given relevant consents regarding marketing and sales activities through specific communication channels, we will process your personal data for the purpose of direct marketing of our products and services. In pursuing the above purpose, the basis for the processing of your personal data will be Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, i.e. a legitimate interest in conducting marketing and sales activities in connection with your consent to receive marketing content through specific communication channels. The recipients of your personal data will also include service providers supplying the administrator with technical solutions and organisation management, entities providing legal and advisory services and entities providing the administrator with assistance in pursuing due claims.
You have the right to:
1. rectify your incorrect data;
2. request to delete your data (the right to be forgotten) in the event of circumstances provided for in Art. 17 of the GDPR;
3. request to limit data processing in cases indicated in Art. 18 of the GDPR;
4. object to data processing in cases indicated in Art. 21 of the GDPR;
5. transfer the provided data, processed in an automated manner.
Personal data belonging to you will not be profiled and will not be transferred to countries outside the European Economic Area.
Your data processed in connection with the implementation of direct marketing of products and services offered by Lena Lighting S.A. will be stored for 5 years or until an objection is raised against this purpose of processing or until the consent is withdrawn, if the data is processed on the basis of such consent. In the event of the conclusion of the contract, the data will be kept for the entire duration of the contract and the time necessary for its settlement. The provisions of generally applicable law may extend these periods.
If you believe that the provided personal data are processed unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the supervisory body (Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw).
