Oculus LED Pole is a HIGH-BAY luminaire from the NEXT GEN product line, which is a new generation of luminaires dedicated to LED technology. The body, designed from scratch, made of die-cast aluminum and powder-coated, uses natural conduction and convection processes, which have a positive effect on the lamp's heat efficiency. The shape of the body with an integrated, effective heatsink and high-quality materials ensure maximum heat dissipation from the LED module. The driver’s external compartment, separated from the body, guarantees optimal thermal working conditions for the power supply system. This enables the luminaire to work at an ambient temperature of max 60°C.

LEDs from a reputable manufacturer and new LED modules enable very high luminous efficiency: max 160lm/W. This guarantees that the required lighting level and significant energy savings are achieved. Standard luminaire is equipped with a 0.3 m long H07RN-F cable terminated with an additional male and female connector, which makes the assembly easier and more convenient.

Its construction is adapted for mounting:
- on the lighting pole, mast (P1 – Ø 60-120mm),
- on the lighting pole, mast - to the crossbar; surface (P2).

Your personal data is processed on the basis of the GDPR, in particular:
1. Article 6(1a) of the GDPR – the data subject has voluntarily consented to the processing of his/her personal data for one or more specific purposes;
2. Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party, or to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract;
3. Article 6(1)(c) GDPR – processing is necessary for the fulfillment of the legal obligation incumbent on the administrator;
4. d. Article 6(1)(f) GDPR – processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the administrator or by a third party.
The purposes of processing your personal data are, among others:
1. answering the questions asked via the contact form;

Maintaining contact with you via various communication channels, such as e-mail, telephone or through traditional contact is an integral part of achieving the above-mentioned goals.
If you have given relevant consents regarding marketing and sales activities through specific communication channels, we will process your personal data for the purpose of direct marketing of our products and services. In pursuing the above purpose, the basis for the processing of your personal data will be Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, i.e. a legitimate interest in conducting marketing and sales activities in connection with your consent to receive marketing content through specific communication channels. The recipients of your personal data will also include service providers supplying the administrator with technical solutions and organisation management, entities providing legal and advisory services and entities providing the administrator with assistance in pursuing due claims.
You have the right to:
1. rectify your incorrect data;
2. request to delete your data (the right to be forgotten) in the event of circumstances provided for in Art. 17 of the GDPR;
3. request to limit data processing in cases indicated in Art. 18 of the GDPR;
4. object to data processing in cases indicated in Art. 21 of the GDPR;
5. transfer the provided data, processed in an automated manner.
Personal data belonging to you will not be profiled and will not be transferred to countries outside the European Economic Area.
Your data processed in connection with the implementation of direct marketing of products and services offered by Lena Lighting S.A. will be stored for 5 years or until an objection is raised against this purpose of processing or until the consent is withdrawn, if the data is processed on the basis of such consent. In the event of the conclusion of the contract, the data will be kept for the entire duration of the contract and the time necessary for its settlement. The provisions of generally applicable law may extend these periods.
If you believe that the provided personal data are processed unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the supervisory body (Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw).
