Our company's lighting systems have been used in the prestigious Space Robot Testing Center (OTRK) of the Poznań University of Technology on the Kąkolewo Campus. The installation includes, among others, an advanced test hall with an area of 700m2, which serves as a specialist testing ground for testing mobile robots intended for space exploration.
The facility is equipped with an innovative dome with a 360° projection system of the planetary horizon and the celestial sphere, which allows for the simulation of space conditions. Our lighting solutions support the work of a comprehensive research infrastructure, which includes:
- Climatic laboratory with chambers for testing in extreme temperature and pressure conditions
- Microgravity laboratory with a frictionless simulation platform
- Advanced Mission Control Center
- Specialist research equipment, including mobile robots and unmanned aerial vehicles
We are proud that our lighting systems can support such innovative scientific research, which focuses on the development of planetary exploration vehicle designs and advanced control algorithms. This unique center enables groundbreaking research and development work in the field of space robotics.
Project no. RPWP.01.01.00-30-0003/19-00 entitled "Space Robot Testing Center" is implemented under Priority Axis 1 "Innovative and competitive economy" for Measure 1.1. "Support for R&D infrastructure in the science sector" of the Wielkopolska Regional Operational Program for 2014-2020.
