Terrano R the new linear luminaire in the form of a compact louver with LEDs and focusing lenses allows extremely effective glare reduction (UGR of 12-19). Terrano luminaires are characterised by excellent performance and a number of conveniences. Above all, it is the express installation on the supporting structure of the modular ceiling. The mounting location of the same lamp can be changed just as quickly. Changing the location will not leave any traces of mounting holes. For convenience and aesthetics, the lamp is fitted with an extremely thin power cable, which fits between the structure and the ceiling tile. An additional feature of the luminaire is the swivelling light system of up to 45°.

Application

Terrano R is a luminaire which can be fitted directly into modular ceiling profiles and is ideal for general lighting, but can also be used to spotlight selected elements of a space. Terrano can be used both as an effective element of modern arrangements where lighting plays a key role and as a complement to subtle, minimalist spaces.

Your personal data is processed on the basis of the GDPR, in particular:
1. Article 6(1a) of the GDPR – the data subject has voluntarily consented to the processing of his/her personal data for one or more specific purposes;
2. Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party, or to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract;
3. Article 6(1)(c) GDPR – processing is necessary for the fulfillment of the legal obligation incumbent on the administrator;
4. d. Article 6(1)(f) GDPR – processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the administrator or by a third party.

Maintaining contact with you via various communication channels, such as e-mail, telephone or through traditional contact is an integral part of achieving the above-mentioned goals.
If you have given relevant consents regarding marketing and sales activities through specific communication channels, we will process your personal data for the purpose of direct marketing of our products and services. In pursuing the above purpose, the basis for the processing of your personal data will be Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, i.e. a legitimate interest in conducting marketing and sales activities in connection with your consent to receive marketing content through specific communication channels. The recipients of your personal data will also include service providers supplying the administrator with technical solutions and organisation management, entities providing legal and advisory services and entities providing the administrator with assistance in pursuing due claims.
You have the right to:
1. rectify your incorrect data;
2. request to delete your data (the right to be forgotten) in the event of circumstances provided for in Art. 17 of the GDPR;
3. request to limit data processing in cases indicated in Art. 18 of the GDPR;
4. object to data processing in cases indicated in Art. 21 of the GDPR;
5. transfer the provided data, processed in an automated manner.
Personal data belonging to you will not be profiled and will not be transferred to countries outside the European Economic Area.
Your data processed in connection with the implementation of direct marketing of products and services offered by Lena Lighting S.A. will be stored for 5 years or until an objection is raised against this purpose of processing or until the consent is withdrawn, if the data is processed on the basis of such consent. In the event of the conclusion of the contract, the data will be kept for the entire duration of the contract and the time necessary for its settlement. The provisions of generally applicable law may extend these periods.
