Specification

High-quality highbay with inbuilt LED source. The body is made of die-cast aluminium, powder-coated in anthracite grey (RAL 7016), and the mounting bracket is made of black-painted steel. The diffuser is made of 5 mm thick tempered glass.

Application

Quest 2 LED Endura is a fitting designed for lighting surfaces with an ambient temperature up to +60°C (eg. for industrial plants or bakeries). The unfavorable conditions of the environment do not have an influence on the fitting’s reliability and efficacy. In rooms such as cold stores, the requirements for lighting are far from standard. Only the fittings especially suited for working in such conditions can be used in rooms with cold temperatures is a fitting designed for lighting surfaces with the temperature down to -35°C.

Your personal data is processed on the basis of the GDPR, in particular:
1. Article 6(1a) of the GDPR – the data subject has voluntarily consented to the processing of his/her personal data for one or more specific purposes;
2. Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party, or to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract;
3. Article 6(1)(c) GDPR – processing is necessary for the fulfillment of the legal obligation incumbent on the administrator;
4. d. Article 6(1)(f) GDPR – processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the administrator or by a third party.
The purposes of processing your personal data are, among others:
1. answering the questions asked via the contact form;
2. acceptance of a complaint;
3. acceptance of a warranty extension application;
4. introducing current job offers;
5. participation in programs, competitions and other events organized by Lena Lighting S.A.;
6. providing information about products and services offered by Lena Lighting S.A .;
7. conducting sales, promotional and marketing activities.
Providing your data is voluntary, but necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected. Failure to provide this data may result in the inability to achieve these purposes.
Maintaining contact with you via various communication channels, such as e-mail, telephone or through traditional contact is an integral part of achieving the above-mentioned goals.
If you have given relevant consents regarding marketing and sales activities through specific communication channels, we will process your personal data for the purpose of direct marketing of our products and services. In pursuing the above purpose, the basis for the processing of your personal data will be Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, i.e. a legitimate interest in conducting marketing and sales activities in connection with your consent to receive marketing content through specific communication channels. You have the right to:

2. request to delete your data (the right to be forgotten) in the event of circumstances provided for in Art. 17 of the GDPR;
3. request to limit data processing in cases indicated in Art. 18 of the GDPR;
4. object to data processing in cases indicated in Art. 21 of the GDPR;

Personal data belonging to you will not be profiled and will not be transferred to countries outside the European Economic Area.
Your data processed in connection with the implementation of direct marketing of products and services offered by Lena Lighting S.A. will be stored for 5 years or until an objection is raised against this purpose of processing or until the consent is withdrawn, if the data is processed on the basis of such consent. In the event of the conclusion of the contract, the data will be kept for the entire duration of the contract and the time necessary for its settlement. The provisions of generally applicable law may extend these periods.
